Hi
I'm going to be in Japan in October (Osaka/Kyoto) and wondered if there was a car auction I could easily go to.
It's possible that I may even bid on some. Are there any recommended auction houses or companies that deal with importing to the UK in either of those cities?
Thanks

We have staff all over the country at all the major auctions including Kansai area.

Probably not allowed by forum rules to promote the company on here but feel free to drop me a PM.

(I’m based in Osaka myself)

FYI without a friendly exporter to bring you, it won’t be possible to go to an auction by yourself. They are trade only.

Hi
I've dropped you a line on your YouTube channel, but I haven't seen a response.
Are you happy to post an email address I can get hold of you on?
Thanks

Willow, if you tap/click Em's username next to his post you will open his profile.
At the top right corner you'll see an "email me" button.
HTH.

Unfortunately it's saying I'm not allowed to send direct messages as I'm a new user.
Weirdly, I'm new to the app, but I've been PH user for years!

Also as you're talking about potential purchase.

Your UK driving licence is NOT valid out there. You need the IDP for 1949 (You used to get them from Post Offices, but now you buy it from a convenience store in the UK BEFORE you go. Costs about a fiver)

Thanks both.

Euan, I've dropped you an email with a but of background.

Cheers
