My Google search is failing me but a few years ago there was a Smart concept car that had a similar folded/crumpled look, but just on the doors. Nissan have taken that idea and gone nuts with it. The first time I saw this Juke, I thought it was a concept and the real car would be toned down. No, the concept already happened, it was called the Hyper Punk, this Juke IS the toned down version.
