DIY Importing from Japan - any recent experiences

Hiya, I found a car I want to import from Japan. It’s from a private individual.

Anyone got current experience of doing it yourself? Or if you recommend bypassing the hassle and going via an importing company what ballpark cost are we looking at?

It’s a Suzuki Swift 2016.
