I know these were Jap issue only and fairly rare but are ther any in the UK and where would I start looking for one?

I would imagine there are some that have been imported but you'd probably be better getting someone to import you a fresh one.

They're known as a Libero GT. Looks just like an early evo from the front, but has an estate back. They use the 1.8 turbo lump from the early lancers with 4wd.

I imported one for a mate, it may well be the only GT in the uk.

It's now for sale on ebay:

www.lancerregister.com there has been a couple of Evo 9 wagons appeared recently on there I believe its the 2ltr turbo 4g63 engine thats in them not a 1.8

The Libero GT and the Evo wagon are different, I think Evo wagons are as rare as rocking horse sh1t though.

I think only 350 Evo Wagons were built and all were jap issue only.

Is there even a model report for them? Last I heard there wasn't.

Guy I know of in Luxemburg I think it is has a white one.
