Help me to identify this car

P120 June edition of Banzai magazine (Lexus soarer on the cover) Motorvation show report.

White over silver big jap coupe smoking its rear tyres, no visible badges.

Searched for all the usual suspects across Toyota, Honda, Mazda, Nissan but so far no joy.

What is it? I'm not able to scan a picture but if someone else is and can post it may help others without a copy of the magazine.

not seen it but I'm assuming you've checked for the likes of Chasers, cefiros, glorias, maximas and the like?

Thanks for the reply. This was a saloon based 2 door coupe.

I have looked up all those models you have suggested and can only find reference to them as 4 door saloons.
