2002 WRX STI....help needed!
Discussion
Hi people,
I have just been out for a test drive of a JDM 2002 WRX STI, great car, V V quick when on boost and the brakes are superb (other than a squeek from the rear which I am told is down to the fact it has brand new pads)
The car has 12 months MOT/Tax and is in good condition, it had an oil service in Japan 2000km ago
Here is the problem when will the car need a Major service?
The car has done 46000 MILES, would I be right in saying it will need one now or is it at 50k?
Any help would be great as I am very interested in the car but want to know how much it will cost to get the work done(if needed)
Thanks in advance,

servicing on newage cars is every 10k. So if you've had a 40k service, which is a fairly cheap oil change one, the next one is at 50k which is a cambelt and oil change. That's just cost me £275 from Autotechnica in Buxton.
60k is the next biggy, being the same as a 30k service, which mine had done when I bought it. I think from memory that cost the dealer around £450 to do.
