Anyone recognise this Impreza with H&S exhaust?

Just wondering if anyone knows how this car sounds so good?
A few of you have helped with my thoughts on buying a centre section from H&S which i have now ordered for my P1, but ultimately this car has the exact level of sound I am after. Anyone know what he has done?

Mark, admittedly it does. However, I have an H&S backbox (albeit the wrong damn fitment - i.e. non-turbo on a turbo) and it doesn't sound that much better than my P1 prodrive box. Which is too quiet.

So, here's hoping the centre section makes the difference.

Incidentally, what are borla UEL headers?

Unequal length header pipes made by Borla. That is probably why it has a slightly deeper sound plus it is also a non-turbo Sport so will sound different anyway.

My H&S back box and centre pipe sound similar but not quite so deep.

Yep, turbos have a nasty habit of muffling the sound from the exhaust ports, it'll never quite sound the same as an N/A.

Would imagine the center section would make a big diference as it's straight through. It can be a bit anoying on a long journey as it drones a fair bit!
