What do the Jap Chat masses think?

How much will the RX8 be in say 2/3 years?

Would ideally want to sell both of my cars and get one that does the lot.

AA thinks 55% for 3 year standard milage car.

Finance companies reckon they'll be worth at least £9k after three years and £5500 after 5 years.

I know this because I have quotes from various leasing companies on my desk. Just pondering whether to take the plunge or not....

If that means that at over a year old they will be 14-16k. I may wait and let somebody else run it in, see if the economy improves.

Looking at autotrader, they seem to be holding their value better than that. It's difficult to find many cars for sale at < £18k, and most are > £19k.

I think £15k for the RX8 would represent very good value.

Good buy at 5 years old.

Mine is almost 10 years old and I'd want more than 5K.
