Need help with my legacy gt, twin turbo

Hi, i've just got a legacy gt boxer twin turbo and it's got a running problem, it will start and run for a minute or two then will cut out but start again, it will also miss-fire at low rev's, can anyone help.
My thoughts are idle control unit or knock sensor but the latter shouldn't stop it running for a little time only "should it"
