Hi all, owned a small hatch since new,the car has had full service history from new and is 38 months old, only done 14,030 miles, the car has only done approx 3500 miles since the last service a year ago with the same dealer and got a clean bill of health, but passd a mot 2 months ago with no advisories.

just had a service today with the same dealer at 14k and was advised the o/s wishbone bushes have failed !

asked today for good will today at the dealer to replace for free as that's a manufacturing defect/design fault, looking on the internet its not uncommon.

waiting for feed back from the dealer, but the dealer was very dismissive ,saying its due to speed bumps etc, although the roads were i travelled to work had no speed bumps.

anybody else had similar wear at 14k ?

I've heard a few owners of the Swindon Civic, have complained about this recently. Fords are notorious for it as well.
