Is their anywhere i could buy a single seater formula car powered by a honda b18c 195 bhp engine for track use

I don't know of any series using those engines, closest I can think of is Formula Toyota in NZ which are powered by the same 2ZZ-GE Toyota lump that Lotus use for the Elise/Exige.
