The twin Turbo.
That's a relatively easy and cheap one then
You basically follow the "BPU" (Basic Performance Upgrade) steps the Supra chaps employ - decat(s), exhaust, some kind of restrictor ring in the exhaust to limit boost spikes, a fuel cut defender (FCD), a better fuel pump (Walbro or UK Supra TT for example) and colder plugs (Iridium IK22 plugs / NGK BCPR7ES).
Some people keep one cat in lieu of a restrictor ring but this can lead to high exhaust temps.
This should see you increase boost to about 1.2 bar and transform the power delivery

I'd also advise a boost gauge, AFR and EGT to keep an eye on things, you might also want to consider an intercooler upgrade or stock replacement if your existing one is tired.
Obviously before any of this is done you want to ensure the car is healthy and serviced.
Beyond this you can obviously keep going until the money runs out but a piggyback ECU or ECU replacement will help with fine tuning, hybrid turbos, single turbo conversion etc etc - just remember to consider other parts that might need looking at to support the increase in power. Additional cooling (autobox etc), better brakes... it's endless.
