Problems with Prodrive brake upgrades?

I replaced my P1's prodrive bnrake upgrade with a brand new set of pads, calipers and discs from prodrive ditrectly.

I don't think they are nearly as good as the last set was(identical Prodrive 330mm setup), and the discs after a track day have some very ugly scoring marks on them as if they got too hot.

I also think one caliper works better than the other. Anyone else heard of issues with these Prodrive/Alcon combos as the last set were amazing and the discs lasted 25,000 miles!!

Maybe the Calipers need servicing with new seals etc.

Failing that try a new set of pads and bed them in over a longer period?
