A good rolling road

Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced rolling road specialist. I would like to know exactly how much power my 2003 Impreza WRX has. On several occasions I've been able to keep up with a friends GB270 and a few STI's with PPP's fitted. Not sure if the previous owner tweaked mine in any way. I live in Ascot berks. Any help / recommendations would be really be helpful.
