My P1 has the Prodrive Alcon 330mm upgrade and it's only a few months old. But I have been to Brands Hatch twice and going to Cadwell in July.
Are braided hoses a good idea? I have heard they do nothing on the road but might help when on track.

Also, anyone got a P1 and recommend tyres? I have had Toyos on the front and thought they were crap. Got F1 eagles all round as of today so will find out if they are better. But P Zeros have been mentioned as pretty good. Any answers?

Cheers

Can't hurt. They improve braking by putting more of the force from the hydralics into the piston that is usually lost when rubber lines streach.

Depending on the car some you can get kits for that will brace the Master Cylinder in the engine bay in the case of the panels flexing under the pressure which loses you more braking.

Yep, I got my master cylinder support bracket from PowerEngineering. It does firm up the pedal under heavy braking.
Fits using existing holes on the turret.

That's a new one to me, but looks inexpensive and subtle so will look into that.
Cheers. Going to start a new thread about remapping and whether this is a good idea.
