Sorry, childish but couldn't resist. Turbo yes, plenty of people have, there are off the shelf ones, also superchargers, readily available, but prepare to have deep pockets and given that the car is also only 3 years old, the question has to be asked, why bother when you could buy something standard that's cheaper and faster. But having owned a couple of Celicas and catching the mod bug on both, I would still buy a bog standard GT4.
Struts you can buy anywhere and fit yourself - I'm a girly and I managed it, it's only 3 bolts a side - if we're talking front, I didn't bother with rear as I needed the boot space. But can't imagine that being particularly difficult either as Toyotas are like lego IMHO.
