2ZZ Idler pulley rattle

Have a strange noise coming from the right hand side of the engine which I assume is the idler pulley though I could be wrong about this. Is it safe to leave it like this for a while as I don't have the time to fix it at the moment?


Should add that the rattle starts at about 4.5K rpm all the way up to 8K and then as soon as the engine drop its revs below 4.5K it stops.
