Some of the mapping guys like ScoobieWRX, Vixpy or JollyGreenMonster will be able to advise you on tuning limits for your set-up, but your not going to get near 400. 1.3 bar is higher than standard.
Standard gearset is good for 350ish lbft after that you'd be better looking at a later version

Without a remap not only is your current setup going to be running very rich but you car will generally be running like a bag of s
te as you have intimated in your post already. For your std TD05 to be making 1.3bar it's likely your ECU is chipped. Get it remapped properly!!
With a remap and the standard turbo, based on your current mods you should make 350bhp/similar torque without a problem and it will be nicely quick at that from low down. It depends really on what you have planned for the car.
Add an adjustable fuel pressure regulator plus an 18g and you're looking at 370-380. Go for a 20G and you should be knocking on the door of 400bhp.
Your weakpoint though is the gearbox. A classic 5spd is made of chocolate and as such you will be going through gearboxes at muich more than 320bhp. Either have your 5spd built up with a PPG Gearset/Synchro (gears 1-4 should do leaving 5th as std) or do a 6spd conversion.
With your current suspension and brake mods you it looks like your car probably goes round corners well and stops properly too. Might be worth getting it all set up properly for fast road.
However, a remap is no problem and should be your next port of call.
