Looking at one of these tomorrow/weekend for my friend. MY2000, IS200, silver, circa 65k miles.

Anything in particular I should be looking out for?

early diesels had issues thats the only thing I remember.

get yourself a high milage LS and don't fanny around with the IS - best decision I ever made, absolutely stunning cars.

Too late indeed. Picked up a mint Is200 for a friend. Happy days! I think he used the Lexus forum for insurance.
