Max power to run on 2007 2.5 litre WRX internals?

I've got a GB270 and have made some minor modifications.
It was running 266bhp and 310lbft as standard and now makes 293bhp and 360lbft. How much power can the standard internals take before becoming stressed and giving up the ghost? Mainly thinking gearbox and clutch. I have heard that WRX gearboxes improved as the years went by, is that right?
