Suzuki Swift paint defect.

Anyone else experience paint defects on a Suzuki Swift? Chunks of paint are peeling off the boot, currently awaiting Suzuki judgement as to whether it is covered by their paint warranty.

Mines been no problem, Sport on a 57 plate in red. I do get the impression it's not exactly the thickest paint though.
