Subaru Outback 2010 - wheel shake issue

I see from the subaruoutback.org website that steering wheel shake issues with the 2010 model Outback are common - see:-

However, I have not seen any complaints about this originating outside North America. I'm just wondering if anyone on here has had this issue with their Outback as it would be interesting to know if the issue only affects US assembled cars.
