Chrome GTR

Saw this last Thursday on a small transporter Northbound M6 Staffordshire.
Bodywork had a chrome appearance something like MacLaren F1. A wrap or what?

Saw this about a year ago. Its a wrap. It is well done but not what I would call tasteful. Now a matt black wrap....
