Shogun 3.2 problem

Got a problem with my LWB shogun, I cant get the back door to open, when i use the remote all the other 4 doors open as normal but not the back. Does anybody out there have any ideas or is it a dealer visit?

Sounds like the lock motor is faulty, does it work with lock/unlock switch on the RHF door.

No tried it with the key in the door and locked and unlocked it with the inside door handle switch

When you stand near the back door and use the remote it sounds as if the lock mechanism is working but it stays locked every time
