Engine replacement needed advice sought on garage

I'm looking at the moment at getting my engine replaced. Just wondering if anyone has had any dealings with

they have offered a good price for supply and install but are quite far away from me as I live up in Sunderland. Any feedback on this company appreciated..

Thats quite a trip for an engine. If you have a good garage locally you might want to see what the cost of an engine from http://www.apiengines.com/petrol.php is + fitting locally. VS driving to essex and having japengines fit one.

Hi, thanks for the prompt reply however that's not an option I'm afraid.

The engine is actually for an E46 M3, they have had one advertised on fleabay for some time and have given a good price to supply and fit if I can get the car down to them.

Obviously I am slightly concerned as they specialise in Japanese Engines and have little experience with BMW I posted in this forum as I was wondering if they are quite reputable within their specialist marque and what the quality of their work is like.
