OK having now had just about enough of all the envirofriendly BS going around on PH i think it's time we all took our halo's off and donned the horns!! Just how bad can your MPG really get evil

When my wagon was still a WRX it managed 6-7mpg around Bedford Autodrome full circuit. They won't let me on now as i'm too noisy biggrin Now it makes an extra c.130bhp over standard i'm pretty sure i can beat that and get well below 5mpg. hehe

So far between 6-8mpg seems to be about average for track work, unless you drive a sick rangerover that bathes in it that is...4mpg is pretty impressive biggrin

eek AtomicRex is in the lead though with 3mpg...That's good going and will be hard to beat. eek

I did take an H2 Hummer for a drive last year. The display was showing 1mpg at one point and that was on a B road, it doesn't count because it wasn't my car though hehe

And I thought I'd done well getting the MX5 down to 17mpg on track! Mind you theres only so much fuel you can burn with 115bhp...

I've had my E38 740 showing 2mpg. It was doing 155 at the time mind.

My GTR could achieve some hideous mpg if you were pressing on. On the autobahn i'm sure I was measuring in gallons per mile at one point.

I was about to say "I've also seen 7 on the track".

And then realised you're talking about my car.

Hello dear.
