I more or less know the answer to this but it's for my own sanity that i ask;
I bought a r32gtst from JDMgarage in devon and it's started to behave like a red arrow as the turbo has gone, however, when i checked a video that was posted up on SOC from a week before i bought it it was clearly smoking then. As a warranty was given with the sale of the car this should not be a problem also the fact that this is a pre-existing problem there should be no quibble with the repair.
Right?

How long have you had it?

If it had a issue prior to sale then your issue should be raised to the dealer not the warranty company.

Warranty is a red herring at one week old the dealer has an obligation to fix or refund, suggest you put in writing via email, letter or fax to the dealer that the car has some kind of turbo problem which has been present since collection and ask for their proposal to resolve the issue quickly whilst keeping you mobile.

Many warranties exclude 'wear and tear' and time is on your side with this being such a recent purchase.
