i am from canada and am thinking of ordering a 22b kit from htautos,would just like to find some information on the quality of their kits

Without giving an unbiased opinion on it, I would suggest doing some research on them as I have heard as much things as good with HT Autos kits. www.Scoobynet.com should be able to help with research.
