F10 M5 to G05 X5 - opinions?

I've had my M5 for 6 years now and fancy a change. Previously, I had an E46 M3 followed by an E92 M3.

Living in the south east, it's getting almost impossible to use the power of the M5 for more than a few seconds so I'm tempted by something a bit slower, a bit more practical and a bit more suited to the crappy state of our roads.

I'm quite tempted by the M50d for under £50k. Anything I should look out for? Any must-have options? Am I mad?

I’ve had an E46 M3 and a couple of Merc C43s. Just got myself an X5 50e, still awaiting the installation of the charger so not really used electric mode much.

First impression is it’s quick, more comfortable than the C43, slightly better built and wafts along nicely.

I nearly went for an M5 as the hybrid gave a reasonable BIK however thought it’s a bit flash for day to day work.

Overall, couple of weeks in, very happy.
