X1 PHEV iconic sounds

Hi all.
First world problem here. Just taken delivery of new X1 25e (PHEV).
It's supposed to have the 'Iconic sounds' (synthesised motion sounds developed with Hans Zimmer).
However, despite it being turned on in the driving menu it's not working.
Any advice please?

To be honest, it's definitely a gimic, I was interested to try it more out of curiosity and then as you say, probably never used again.
I've called the supplying dealer but all they can suggest is to bring it in.
I'm too embarrassed to book the car in for such a trivial issue.

are you signed into the BMW ID (profile)?
Lots of features do not work unless you are signed in - think like the media etc is like a phone, you need an ID logged in

Thanks for the suggestion. I think I am signed in as I've the app working and the car says,'Hi Andy ' when I get in. However, perhaps there's another level of sign in. I'll check that out
