Hi, is it correct that if you buy a hybrid G20 bmw that it is only covered for 6 years or 60,000 miles on the hybrid battery.

So I am looking to get one and would like to try a hybrid but am a bit put off as said above, is the hybrid system a common let down or a reliable unit.

I am now thinking stay diesel or back to petrol.
