Anyone know if there is a kit to replace air suspension for G31s?

Yes but limited options. KW has a coilover conversion kit for G31 rear air. Also BC Racing does one. Both delete the air and use conventional springs and dampers. You'll lose self-levelling and comfort mode gets firmer. No cheap kit exists.
