Any recommendations on sending a shock absorber via UK post?

I've sold the wilbers unit i bought but unsure who to use? Seen a lot of horror stories about the likes of RM destroying them as "dangerous goods" etc.

It's £150 worth of product so I'd rather not have it confiscated/lost!

Your best bet may be using something like Shiply or another 'local' courier rather than one of the mainstream ones?

I've used evri in the past - just declare it as an automotive part. No issues

Use parcel2go and select a decent courier like UPS or Fedex, you'll be surprised how cheap it is, likely less than Royal Mail and more 'trackable'.

Only gets expensive if you want to insure for the full value.
