With the constant dealer closures being highlighted its nice to see someone attempting to buck the trend ...

This is good news. I had to go to Stoke for the last service. They were good. And it is a nice ride over through Ashbourne.

But looks like their first bike brand? I imagine they will live or die on the experience of their techs.

Why not use Nelly at CornerSpeed, he is awesome and fully factory accredited as a service centre.

I used them previously for a service and to fit a shock and I have no complaints. But it’s just a pain to get to and from if dropping off for a few days. They at the time couldn't do the work in a day. And there is nothing round there to do for 7 hours anyway.

I live in Duffield and can get the train / tram then do something in Nottingham. At worst take my laptop and do some work. At best a few pints and the train home to pick it up on a Saturday.

The ride over to stoke / Newcastle UL is lovely but there wasn’t much to do around there whilst I waited.

Makes sense, mentioned him as not everyone knows he is there.

It’s due it’s big valve service soon so will probably go back there given the value. It is impressive that he’s the only authorised tech outside a shiny dealership.

Nelly is a legend, I used him for years shipping my bikes up from London.
