Whilst he tackles the washing up, could I, as Rob's flatmate and very good friend, ask whether it could possibly be true? This afternoon he stated that he has now bought all the kit he could ever need for his biking "habit". I find this utterly unbelievable, as I regularly must oooh and aaah over the latest gadget/ bit of gear.

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to reach saturation point? Is there light at the end of the tunnel for me??! Or must I just do my DAS and join him (rather wobbily, I'd imagine) on a road trip around Europe??

Advanced appreciation of your comments and sympathy.

As said, get your DAS done, and join in.

He might have the sufficient number of items to cover basic needs, but if you play your cards right, he'll need to upgrade things one at a time. And if you time it perfectly, he'll have new everything just in time for you to "inherit" the perfectly good, but no longer shiny kit he has strewn behind him. Its the way forward thumbup
