Identification of bike req'd

Hi Guys
was in Southport today, wandered around the bikers area in town.
Spotted this awesome machine, no name on it anywhere
Harley Style inc big twin engine, was belt drive,
hardtail, big fat bob tank with an absolutely massive rear wheel & tyre. So wide the rear brake was fully inboard of the rim.
Made a Harley look like a toy !
What could it be ?

A boss hoss ? (think thats what its called) did it have a V8 engine ?

No, not a v8, a big twin

Kawasaki VN1800 or i think there is a 2.0 out now Only other one i can think of is the Triumph Rocket
