Tonights ride will be torture!!

I have a friend who is taking his DAS next weekend, had his CBT on Saturday. The instructor has offered to loan him a CG125 for the week to practise on - thing is, I have to take him over to get it, and follow him back and give him some pointers. It's about 30 miles - at a vMax of about 50mph.

I think I may take my iPod to stop me nodding off.
