OK...

Here are probably the four main meeting places in the North of England.......

Devils Bridge, near Kirby Lonsdale....

Saturday and Sunday........(The best imo)

Cat and Fiddle pub, between Buxton and Macclesfield....

Weekends again

Rivington Barn near Bolton

Sundays

Sherburn Cafe (Squires Café)

Sherburn-in-Elmet

West Yorkshire

Nr Leeds (½ mile from A1)

Wednesday night I think, but check first, this is VERY popular.......

Mucky Duck in Ockham just off the A3 North of Guildford on a Wednesday evening.

Boxhill in Dorking most weekends.

Alton cafe most Wednesday evenings.

The Lord Derby just off J5 (Odiham) on the M3 IIRC is the first or last Wednesday of every month during the summer. It has been a while since I went due to all the tts attracting the attention of the fuzz.

Poole Quay in Dorset is a good meet point on Tuesdays - the Quay is closed to cars, so there are thousands of bikes.

Don't forget the Ponderosa on HorseShoe Pass, Llangollen, NWales.. Sundays. Good grub too and plenty parking/scenery.

Cat n Fiddle is A537, between Macclesfield and Buxton.

What are the like there now? I've not been for a few years as I've got a tiny plate.

I stopped going to Derbyshire because of the stupid amount of hassle. I spend my money where I'm more welcome. Which, as a Nottingham lad, is anywhere other than derbyshire.

Nottingham.... SPECS... I tend to stay in Lincs and Cambs.... Although with my tiny plate I might just take a trip through the SPECS to flick the V's at them

Looks like Derbyshire retailers won't be seeing any of my money for a while then!
