Typical short sighted mince for bikers thinking they are the only people who should be allowed on the road.
If you damage a car while you are filtering passed then its your fault and you should stop and exchange insurance, if not your a stupid cnut. If you dont have insurance then you shouldnt ever be allowed on the road.
If you cant get passed a car in stationary traffic, then tuff luck get over it and wait till you can.
If someone changes lanes while you are filtering passed them and knocks you off then accept that you are probably 80% responsable.
If you have to slam on your brake becasue someone pull out a junction and couldnt read the fact that you were doing 70mph over the speed limit then accept its 100% your fault.
BTW i am a biker, its just a shame so many t
ts on bikes exist that piss every other road use off who have just as much right to be on the roads.
I always find its best to avoid confruntation with a car/lorry/bus.....Can't think why....

I think you need to read the highway code and swot up on the outcome of some recent cases with respect to who is to blame when filtering. A vehicle should still check their mirrors to ensure that it is safe to execute a move.
The fact that the bike may/may not be speeding is irrelevant, I think you may find that whoever pulls out of a junction may be at risk of being done for driving w/o due car and attention.

Spoken like a true biker who doesn’t want to face up to his responsibilities to other road users.
Try again.

Afraid not - Highway code/Driving Standards Agency tells us MSM (mirror, Signal, Manouver) before we begin a manouver and of course if you are checking your mirrors as offten as you should you would know the bike was approaching anyway. In this case wisely or not the bike was allread performing a monouver, the car is yet to do so, so the ownuse is on him to act apropriately to the situation as it is at that time.

Afraid not - Highway code/Driving Standards Agency tells us, look right, look left, then right again. It then goes on to tell us to pay particular attention to bikes (motor and push) as they are harder to see. In your scenario the bike is only guilty of speeding, (which is something no Porsche owner does).
Is it OK for a car to pull out infront of another car do 70mph over, and it be the fault of the driver going passed the junction?

I whole heartedly agree with you, it's just as important as knowing your Highway code/Driving Standards Agency teachings.
Sorry to go on guys, I'm not saying I have always been perfect, but as a training Driving Instructor, driving properly is what I do.
I just can't see why you all fall for this provocative wind up stuff & bother to answer. It's sooooo *yawn* tedious!
It doesn't even warrant a response & I've given it too much of my attention already... I'm outta here.... I'd rather talk about Golf or Wasps or Football or other pointless things.
