Has anyone used Optimum Bikes in York?

I'm looking to go and view a bike at Optimum Bikes in York. Has anyone got any feedback on them as a dealer?

Good set of people there. Can't fault them. Not bought from them but they've worked on some of my bikes. Never an issue. Showrooms always friendly.

I have bought a bike from there, they have improved the place since in terms of size and range and have a good collection. They delivered promptly via van and fitted an optimate connection and did an oil change pre delivery at no cost.

I was happy with the bike. Only thing I’d say is check whether it’s an ex demo if almost new, they get bikes from auction sometimes and mine was. They agreed a £140 less than advertised, which I think was because it was a bit steep as it was - and I realised it was ex demo @ 1000 miles once I had fallen in love with it.

Bought my Blade from there a few years ago.
Really helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Plenty of stock to wander round drooling over. Some nice motors in the nearby car showroom too
