I don't know how aware everyone is re the immigrant / Calais crossing problems to UK, we were lucky to have the cars arrive from Europe to Silverstone. The immigrants are camped at the road side in huge numbers, they throw rocks at the trucks windscreen and stand in the way to make them stop, then they cut open curtain sides and try to climb onboard the trucks with the race cars! The rain and standing water on track made racing treacherous Friday and Sunday, but a drivers award of the weekend has to go to our European truck drivers IMO.
