I suspect certain VW vans may besport those daisy ones, or cars used by kids-party clowns.

The pink rims may look ironic on a muscle car getmecoat

But the teddy bears? Wildlife charity possibly, but do they actually keep them in stock. Made to order surely.

Without wishing to appear overly sexist and ageist biggrin I suspect female owners of (new generation) Minis and Beetles could well be the predominant client base.
