I've seen the usual conversions like the turban style, lupo and t350 but has anybody used lights from a different car entirely. Whenever I pass a newish porsche boxter I always think they would look good on the chimaera. Slk lights also look nice. I'm well aware there will be plenty of people that will be pi$$ed off now with just the idea of anything other than standard. Just thinking out loud, I love the look of the chimaera all except those headlights.

In shots like that the pre 96 grills look so much better.

I can just imagine your Mrs coming out Wyn when you were taking that and asking why on earth are you laying down on the garage floor! Great pic though.

That picture is a great picture. The angle is perfect and does make those lights look good although most other angles I'd argue a different light style would look better. Personal preference I guess. I wish I was good with photoshop and have a play around

It was that photo that inspired me to take a shot of beastie from the same perspective, it's on my profile, and it's the one I show people who ask which model of TVR the Chimaera is.... All credit to pwd95 biggrin

I agree - always thought a combination of pre 96 grill, but later modified bonnet would have been a better combination. Then at the back, the later larger lip on the bootlid, improved hinge system but the older back-lit number plate.

I like them too, cant see why you would want to make it look like another car!
