Know this is not a new subject, hot Griff interiors, but is it normal for the Drivers side to be so much hotter than the passengers side? The transmission tunnel roasts on my Drivers side, but the Passenger side is relatively cool, why? - The exhaust appears to run down both sides? Alternatively, does anyone know where I can get some heat reflective material to line the transmission tunnel, to try and limit the heat transference?

Um , iam not sure of the side difference thing, but getting rid of hot air under the bonnet, will help enormously.Fit two stage(two speed) cooling.Thats to say, half speed fans way before full speed fans. Of course, the passenger side should in theory, be the warmest, as the air enters that side and by the time it gets to the "important" side, it should be cooler, but thats theory!
