Door push buttons

Anyone know what car the Chimeara's door push button come from??

I am not impressed with the dealer prices on these so fancy a shop about.

Is the ignition swith from the same motor?? (might just get a set if poss)

Has anyone modified the old style push buttons on the car body, by removing the 'metal rod' and put their own electrical push buttons under the mirrors? It surely can't be that difficult, just a case of running a few wires to the central locking mechanism? or is it a lot more involved than that?
