Quick query gents - there is a slight knocking from the front suspension over bumpy roads. Sounds a bit like dry bushes on the shocks / anti roll bar. Any ideas and is it easy to fix?

Could be you've got the worn wishbone bushes syndrome. Adrian Venn sorted mine out with new bushes/anti-shunt washers to stop the wishbones moving under braking/driving etc. Worked a treat for me!
