is to change the suspension Bushes front/rear as might give it a go myself.
Just wondering whos tried themselves and how they got on.
I have the 'bible' and see they can be a bit arkward,so would it be quicker/lot less hassle to get a garage to do them.
Also if i was to do this myself i would probably upgrade the suspension to an adjustable one as i am hoping to do some track days i beleive these will help with setting the car up for the track so any advice on what sort??

They can be bitches to get out, real bitches. If they don't drift out with a suitable sized socket as a drift, with maybe a bit of heat, then drilling them and hacksawing through the old bushes is the only way to go. Unless you know someone with a 40ton press like I did! Just as well, I tried the hacksaw method and it takes forever.
Chances are your wishbones will be rotten anyway. I'd go for new wishbones and new poly bushes, and just skip the tat that was on there wholesale. Save yourself some aggro. Or divvy up and get some other sucker to do it for you.

Bush removal is covered in all of Steve's Bibles.. I have done all of my S's bushes and replaced with poly.
It is not an easy job and you need to have plenty of drill bits and new hacksaw blades. You need to take you time and try not to cut into the wishbones themselves.
However, I wouldn't pay someone to do it for me as if you take your time and don't rush it it not past the capabilities of any willing volunteer.
Even better if you know someone who can produce enough heat (welder) to heat them for you and then they come out really easy ! I had a friend who did his entire S in one day by knowing a man that can and paying him £20 to heat up the bushes and remove them. He di evrything else inside of a day.
Cheers
