Laminova water / oil cooler which side of the rad ???
Discussion
Its still on my todo list but I was going to T mine from the inlet manifold heater matrix outlet, through the cooler and then into the hot pipe going to the radiator. My thinking was most of the time the oil is going to be increasing the coolant temp and so I didn't want to mix that with the cool radiator output. I thought Cerbera and Tuscan use them so it might be worth asking or finding out how they are plumbed.
It would seem logical to fit the Laninova inlet to the outlet of the rad.
Rad cools water, cooler water cools oil = max oil cooling.
But, if you want the oil to warm quicker then you would have to put the lamina inlet after the engine and before the rad.
How does the water flow? from stat to rad I believe so then the warming of the oil won't really happen?

Good general stuff here.

I love these lines;
However there are now a number of Chinese made copies on the market which due to lack of investment in proper tooling are heavier but worse are inadequately brazed resulting in early failure when subjected to pressure cycling tests. Unless a cooler has genuine Mocal, Setrab or PWR labels we suggest you avoid. In the literature of one of the many sellers they claim "these coolers have been developed from years of practical experience in the Motorsport field".We very much doubt that anyone in the Chinese factories has ever heard of a racing car much less have ever seen one.
