I had a number of TiVS my first was a 4.0 Chim

Reg N855 VDV

Can anyone help in tracking down the current owner

That reg number doesn't show up on the GOV.UK website for checking whether a car is taxed, SORNed or MoTd. Nor does it show up on the other website for checking MoT history. So unfortunately that indicates it hasn't been on the road for a number of years. Hopefully, not scrapped but sitting in a barn somewhere, waiting to be rescued ...

If the registration is not recognised, it no longer exists. I sold a Chimaera 500 on 2002 that was exported in about 2009 (legally) and it still shows on the DVLA database.

The car has most likely had a different registration number put on it, or it has been scrapped.

I do seem to remember the guy at some point put his own private plate on her unfortunately

The guy came from Salisbury and was brought up by another PH member in Jan of that year if that jogs any of the long term PH members memories

I'm sure Dave Byron or Phazed knew one of them

I agree that it's most likely still on a different 'cherished' number. With that original number, possibly supplied by Brooklands at Exeter?
