Chimaera clutch slip?
Discussion
Best way is to slip it into fourth and then floor it, if it revs high before pulling you have a worn clutch.
Generally on average the Chimeara/Griffith clutch lasts around 30K. Mine went after 23k on my griff butthat was due to an oil seal splitting and pi$$ing oil all over the clutch.

The clutch is not a foot rest for a start and such an approach will knacker a clutch quicker than anything... especially on a TVR which tends to have a lot of poser and torque.
Does seem a high clutch point so I would guess that the clutch is on its way out.
